What is a Rocker Blotter?

A rocker blotter absorbs excess ink when writing with a fountain pen. To use a rocker blotter simply lay one end on the paper and roll it across the writing you want to blot.

Rocker blotters dry ink immediately preventing smears in case you drag your hand over the writing and allow you to move to the next page in a journal or fold your letter without waiting for the ink to dry. They also prevent bleeding and feathering and are particularly good for slow drying inks.
