Payment Options

We accept the following methods of payment.

Credit Card:
Visa, Mastercard.
We use PayPal to process credit card payments. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide, available in 190 markets and 18 currencies around the world. PayPal was founded in 1998, was acquired by eBay in 2002 and has received more than 20 awards for excellence from the internet industry and the business community.

PayPal Express Checkout is the quickest and easiest way to pay by credit card. Your order will be sent only to your credit card Billing Address for additional security. You will not create an account with JustWrite - you enter your credit card details on the PayPal website, not JustWrite. When you click on Express Checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you enter your credit card details.

You can also use the Standard Checkout to pay by credit card. You need to use the Standard Checkout if you want to take advantage of Customer Group Discounts, if you want your order sent to a different address to your credit card billing address or if you want to create an account with JustWrite. When you click on Standard Checkout you will be taken to a Payment Options page where you should choose PayPal as your payment option to pay by credit card.

You DO NOT need to have an account with PayPal to pay by Credit Card on JustWrite.

PayPal:
PayPal Express Checkout is the quickest and easiest way to pay by PayPal, however your order will be sent to your registered PayPal address and you will not create an account with JustWrite. When you click on Express Checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you simply login and confirm payment.

You can also use the Standard Checkout to pay by PayPal. You need to use the Standard Checkout if you want to take advantage of Customer Group Discounts (Emergency Services, Defence Force etc), if you want your order sent to a different address to your PayPal address or if you want to create an account with JustWrite. When you click on Standard Checkout you will be taken to a Payment Options page where you should choose PayPal as your payment option. When you click Continue, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you simply login and confirm payment.

You DO need to have an account with PayPal to pay by PayPal.

Direct Deposit:
By Phone Banking, Internet Banking or over the counter transfer. Use the Standard Checkout if you want to pay by Direct Deposit. When you click on Standard Checkout you will be taken to a Payment Options page where you should choose Direct Deposit as your payment option.  The next page will display our bank details and you will also receive an Order Confirmation email containing our bank details. Some banks may take up to 2 full working days to process a Direct Deposit payment.

Credit Accounts
We do not generally extend credit to individuals or businesses. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We will accept 50% payment with order for large or special orders by prior arrangement only at our absolute discretion.

Government, Defence Forces, Education and Emergency Services.
We accept Official Orders which can be emailed to info@justwrite.com.au, Faxed to 07 3389 3321 or Posted to JustWrite Pen Co, 7 Hill St., Blackstone, QLD, 4304. A Tax Invoice will be sent with the order.
