PRICES:
All prices include delivery within Australia by Australia Post.
Overseas orders are shipped fully insured by First Class Air Mail at a flat rate of $21.00.

RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund (not including delivery costs). Products must be returned in original condition with original packing.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Every product on Justwrite has a manufacturers warranty, usually 12 months but some products may have longer or shorter warranties. To make a warranty claim email us at info@justwrite.com.au and we will take it from there. We handle all warranty claims on behalf of our customers.

We appreciate and respect that some people may have concerns about using their credit card on the Internet or may simply prefer to pay another way. So we have provided a range of payment options which you can select when you Checkout your order, including:

Credit Card:
Visa, Mastercard.

Direct Deposit:
By Phone Banking, Internet Banking or over the counter transfer.

Cheque or Money Order:
When you place an order you will immediately be sent a Confirmation Email which you can print out, attach your cheque or Money Order to and post or fax to us.

Please note: The banks take FOUR complete working days to clear a cheque and we cannot send your order until the cheque has been cleared.

PayPal:
PayPal is an internet payment system owned by the highly successful online auction website E Bay. The main advantage of PayPal is that you only have to give your credit card details to PayPal. You can then use PayPal at any website that accepts it and your credit card is debited by PayPal.

SHIPPING:
Prices shown on the JustWrite website include delivery within Australia by Australia Post. Orders are sent by Australia Post Express Post overnight service, Registered Mail or Parcel Post depending on the value of the order.

You can also confirm this by Right Clicking on the page you are viewing and selecting Properties. Details of the Secure Connection will be displayed. Every page where you are asked to provide information is protected by SSL.
